I am from Nashville, Tennessee and my wife is from Manila, Philippines. We mostly frequent both of our hometowns. Really wow? That's a very big company then? We genuinely thought it was as good as Ichiran in Fukuoka, Japan. No waiting in line, we can eat togehter and the food was comparable.

It was our only time in Japan, so we didn't mind the wait too much. It was odd though they put us inside but the table isn't ready yet.

Before the emergence of Boracay and Palawan, Cebu has already been synonymous with white sand beaches and world-class diving sites. Since the advent of social media, Cebu's natural wonders like mountain peaks, hundreds of turquoise-blue waterfalls and springs, caves as well as marine denizens like thresher sharks, whale sharks, sea turtles, shoals of sardines have since been added to the list of attractions every tourist should see or do. Lately, in the last 5 years alone, dozens of man-made attractions were added as well such as the country's largest zoological and botanical park, Cebu Safari & Adventure Park where exotic animals from 5 continents freely roam around their adopted tropical habitat spread across 170 hectares of lush tropical jungle in the mountains of Carmen, Cebu. Then there are dozens of botanical gardens in the mountains, farm and mountain resorts, adventure parks, theme parks, oceanarium, water parks, campsites, hiking trails, etc. Just Google them or search on RUclips. You can easily scale the highest peaks of Cebu, from north to south as paved roads crisscross all over Cebu if nature is your thing. There are literally hundreds of waterfalls in Cebu that you can explore with their unique turquoise-blue water. Kawasan Falls just happens to be the most popular as it is part of the canyoneering adventure and it's relatively easy access from the highway.

Olango Island. We didn't go there, because it was only accessible by boat, and didn't notice anything interesting there to explore, but who knows Olango might be a wonderland.
