South Devon Railway - 14th May 2024
Come and join me as I take a lovely trip along the river Dart as I travel on the South Devon Railway. On the Roster today is Collet 0-6-0 6400 Pannier Tank Number 6412 & British Railways Class 09 number 09010 which is doing some shunting around Buckfastleigh. Great POV :) Saddens me that Merlin neglected this ride and that it's a shell of it's former self.
Glad you enjoyed the video. And I can certainly agree on that. I personally would love to see the ride reverted back to the original 5th dimension. Chessington’s 40th anniversary is on the horizon so I would love to see the park celebrate it properly

Right place at the right time. I did want more lineside stuff outside of stations but that just wasn’t possible unfortunately
@@PrettyCureFox Well, I am gonna look at asking about that the next time, cause I think some railways will allow it provided safety measures are followed.
@@Bovine_of_the_Rails well I meant lineside on the public side of the fence but I heard that once you’d left a station, you couldn’t go back in

Unfortunately the water park isn’t included with your stay at splash landings. But I believe you get a discount on the water park tickets if your staying there. I hope you enjoy your trip

Will you be going to Headbolt Lane when the new station is completed. And the Merseyrail Class 777s that will go to Headbolt Lane on battery power.
That sounds really interesting. Unfortunately I won’t be going to the opening of that station unless I can organise a trip up to liverpool when it opens
