Beautiful song by a beautiful woman❤️ I have owned 2 Weimaraner’s in my life and I can certainly relate to Sinead’s feelings. Just a little footnote, whoever docked Holders tail messed it up….a Weimaraner has a tail docked an extra joint or knuckle if you will longer than most other breeds.

Dogs get all giddy in the snow. Your dog walking will be challenging but will make you smile a lot. Very high winds here at the moment. They had to cancel the Llandudno Christmas Parade. Not safe to venture out due to flying objects. Wendy

Christmas time - for dogs too, fun in the snow, tearing up wrapping paper, chasing tinsel and, of course, getting presents. Things to chew, things to chase and things to cause havoc with 🦴🍖🎾⚽️🏐🏀🏈🎄🐾

Snow really brings back puppyhood, even to the more senior dogs. Dive bombing and playing snowplow is a favorite one when the snow is deeper.

Delicacy! Frozen bark! Listen to it, Ken, just hark! Hear the crunch, just hear the crackle As one tree, one branch I tackle. And of course there’s different taste, Otherwise t’would be a waste. Oak tastes nutty, willow yummy, Maple sweet (nice for my tummy), Elder, walnut, ash and cherry. Lots to choose from, makes me merry!

These two are just so happy and sweet. Lift your mood no end. Looks jolly cold. We have bad weather arriving overnight. We may miss the snow being on the coast but plenty of rain and high winds. We are back up north in Saddleworth next weekend delivering presents to our close friends. Will be nice to see everybody. Going for a Christmas lunch as well. Looks pretty familiar - first snow falling in England and Europe too, getting pretty much the same canine reception that DeCafe is giving it: same old, same old ….., maybe worth a little roll. But just wait until it is a few inches thick and they start jumping and going crazy trying to catch the flurries of snow flakes.

Oh no, DeCafe is not grumpy! Maybe, due to age not jumpy, But he is a sweet old guy, Watching trees and grass and sky. Sniffing here and sniffing there, Reading notices with care. Grandpa he’d be in a play With just a few lines to say. All agreeable and kind. Grandpa DeCafe, what a find!

He is obviously struggling a bit but he is so enthusiastic. Not grumpy at all. He always looks so happy, except when you said bad and he gave you the side eye to check how much trouble he was in. Lovely old boy. Take care Ken. Wendy
