This is Windows, but not MS DOS.
@maxmuster7003 yes bro I know this videos are for students who are learning fundamentals of computer and as per syllabus we teach students dos commands in cmd (windows).
@MasteringComputerSkills CMD.exe is a Windows executable with powerfull Windows commands not made to run in 16 bit MS DOS.

CMD = Windows executable made to run in 32 bit or 64 bit Windows only, but not made to run in 16 bit MS DOS.

It's for basic users .
@@MasteringComputerSkills Basic Windows user with an advanced modern Windows light years far from DOS. LOL.
CMD have very powerfull Windows commands and most of the Windows commands not exist in MS DOS or have other switches to attach.
You can install the DosBox emulator, the Windows terminal is not MS DOS.
