Your video really resonates, I love music, and appreciate all kinds, but cannot play an instrument. I sometimes simply put on my headphones, and find some tunes and songs that reflect the mood, state of mind. Everything from classic, to organ, even retro 80s music. 😜 Sometimes I simply loop a tune and it acts as a "background" of noise so I can focus, and tune out (punny?) the distractions and interruptions.

Great video, couldn’t agree more. And I also think that breaking the habit is also about accepting that you have an addiction and you’re willing to do whatever it takes to stop it.

Music is such a great remedy to help brighten your day up when you’re going through a really hard time. I know it has helped millions of people around the world, mostly because of its relatable lyrics, the story it’s trying to tell, I don’t know where I would be without Music. Especially Broadway.

Wow Ken! so cool! 😃 This so resonates with me as a fellow autistic/neurodivergent person. Music has been an outlet for me, often in sound, music, lyrics can express the things that are on the tip of my tongue. Very cool discussion, I liked Greg's point about playing, persisting as a musician, punk rock or otherwise. 😜 Although the only instrument I can play is the triangle for "Come and get it!" 🙃 Keep sharing Ken, loved the openness and candor.

Jennifer Garner is a true example of being a beautiful person of integrity and grace. As a celebrity who could just write a check to the Red Cross, she shows such genuine care and compassion, willing to personally give a helping hand to those around her who are in such terrible distress and shock.
