Look at the reality, look at what it is absent your craving. You and I both know that I can show you endless waves of examples where "love" is the sound these monkeys make when referring to something they harm, consume and turn to shit. You know that's true. But you cling to the idea that it's somehow a desirable emotional experience. It's absurd and childish. I teach COMPASSION. That means, you engage with things that you hate... you engage with difficulty and do things you do not want to do... things no one can say they LOVE to do. You can either have love... and turn everything to shit. Or you can focus on getting the job done and do what needs to be done and give to other what they need... regardless of your petty feelings. This isn't about taking steps. It's only one step. Recognize the fact that you will do and say ANYTHING to avoid acting right. And keep repeating that one step of recognition of your own actions... and eventually you're going to have to just stop doing it. Thousands of years of preaching love. What has it got you? Look at it HARD. Look at the entire process chain, and see where it leads... what "things" become. What do you become when you EXPECT MAGIC? Or SPIRITS? You become fascinated with the obfuscation of process level reality. What I do isn't special, doesn't require any kind of special knowledge. The difference between me and others is really simple... instead of talking about this and that, and going on the wild goose chase... I just do what is required. Really simple, bodhi. Trees form seeds. Seeds form trees. Sentient beings form compassionate actions. Compassionate actions form sentient beings. You're living on a planet now where SENTIENCE is in short supply. There is a difference between SENTIENT beings.... and SENSUAL beings who merely feel. Have you noticed all the NPCs running around lately? They are running roughshod on this place and it's turning to shit because of the ego gratification and clinging to and craving for ''love". It's not going to fix shit. What is the value of your love to me? Less than nothing. It's A LIE. And I don't accept that. Compassion is AN ACTION. What action are you willing to take? Tell me about that instead of your feelings and craving for more feelings. If you are willing to take actions... then we have something to actually discuss. Otherwise, the people on the other end of it, our benefactors... Get nothing and cannot benefit from your feels nor my own. What we get out of the process along the way is secondary to their needs. What can you and I do... for someone else? That's the bottom line. See how fast that is?
