Black folks were hoodwinked by the Kennedy Administration making a call down to Georgia to get MLK out of prison, and our folks have been voting Democrat ever since. Kennedy even being President at that time did not have the power to pass Civil Rights Legislation. LBJ had more power in the government before becoming Vice President under Kennedy. JFK needed LBJ and the power he held in government in his hopes of being reelected in 1964. When LBJ became President he wielded the power of the Presidency and his power in government over the Senate to enact Civil Rights legislation.

We must know that Huey P. Newton was named after Huey P. Long, a white politician in Louisiana who would be described as a Progressive whatever Party he belonged too. Huey P. Long had a Spread The Wealth philosophy in the 1930, s in that Southern State of Louisiana before any other Southern State and the Civil Rights Movement that also benefited black people in that State. Huey P. Long was assassinated!

What, s the point about what Lincoln wanted? That sounds like a personal issue on Lincoln, s part when politics are not personal at all. The best politicians in the history of this country were the black men in the government/ Republicans after the Civil War. It was the Southern Democrats who orchestrated running black men/ black folks out of the Federal government by 1905.
