My opinion, haunted sectors is the quickest. I used this last week and sure I didn’t have to do anything, but I’d say you get 200 every 10 minutes best case scenario. With any random team of 3, you can run through a normal haunted sector on maybe 7 minutes and you get about 250 per run I think.
