This might be my best rotation yet, you can also use this rotation with Encore if you want.

Just want to make a quick gameplay showcase of my new rotation Messed up at the last rotation, should've been faster if I cast Liberation at 1:56. This is definitely not perfect, if I can clear the first waves of the mobs faster and I have enough ER for Verina to cast Liberation each rotation, I can see myself clear this around 95 seconds

With this new rotation, you can have Memphis and Bell-borne buff until Calcharo's liberation ends (ONLY FOR FIRST ROTATION) From second rotation onward, you can only keep the buff until the 2nd Death Messenger because Calcharo's Intro 'Necessary Means' takes a lot of time and it does not trigger timestop.
