I am forever grateful for youtube autoplaying his theme randomly while I was studying around 2018. That was the first time I heard his theme.
This theme rocks!
Go with it, go with it... Big!! It ain't... It ain't too bald stuff... It ain't too bald... It ain't too, a bald for me to big!!
Absolute banger!
Compare this to the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive version and you will cry 😢
That lee pai long theme snes version
This is the Art of Fighting 1 bop, always played at least until this part, SNES ost is so good!
Todo un clasico. Buen trabajo amigo
It's nuts how much this blows the arcade version out of the water.
Sounds better than the Arcade version.
You bet pal! Amazing song
It's not the same song.
@@FoodEater1986 Yeah No Shit Sherlock!
The second part of this song isnt real. Someone made it and fucked off forever
It's real.. This version came with the Famicom Magazine Version..
I. Bet if they played this track in a club it would pass
"Yeesh, I turn away from my turf for a bit, and now there's a frog infestation!" "Battletoads? What, are the Battledragons & Tigers on picnic? No matter - Mr. Big's here to stay!" "You know, I was just here building my empire, and you guys crash my party! Isn't that rude?" "No one taught you to knock before entering? Well, I'll teach you now - by knocking your heads!" "C'mon in, Battletoads! Mr. Big here will personally coach you into his new TOADIES!" "Watch it, Toads! This is Mr. Big's hideout, and I feel the name's NOT just for show!" "I'm picking up huge amounts of conceit and sarcasm ahead! That means Mr. Big is close!" "Mr. Big's crooks are all here for a warm welcome! Can't let 'em waiting, right, Toads?" "That just does it, Mr. Big! We'll teach you how much crime pays - NOTHING!" "Sneak in through this passage, Toads! You'll be sure to give this jerk a BIG surprise!"
I had the Genesis version as a kid. I always liked that one. Then in high school my friend introduces me to this and my mind was blown. Someone just said fuck it and threw down a mean ass track just to do it.
Love this beat. The SNES OST was and still is the best Art of Fighting soundtrack.🔥💚
every time i hear the waaa part i think of a goldfish wah its mouth to the song
I'm still astonished as to how good the soundtrack was for the SNES version. It's like they decided to completely rearrange it for that version and ended up making it even better than the arcade version.
They sho did bro!
Way superior to the neo geo version
It still blows my mind to think that they chose to make the SNES version better than their Neo Geo version in terms of music..
@@kenrickkahn Takara were the ones who did the music for the SNES. They definitely gave us some bangers. My other favorite one was Geese's on Fatal Fury Special. I liked that on better than the Neo Geo version as well.
I wanna see the Super Famicom Magazine bits integrated into the Smash remix for Mr. Big's theme.
Amazing job on this remix. It sounds exactly like it would of been in the game. 😀😀👍👍
Mr Big: Yeahhh 👊😈
This has always reminded me of Michael Jackson's Jam. And Mr. Bigs arcade theme reminds me of a Prince track from the early 90's.
Same!
I assume it's the snare drum that makes you feel that way, it sounds exactly the same as the one used in Jam.
Best version of Lee's themes
Faz um novo KOF coloquem o MR BIG e toca esse som como tema dele. Simplesmente espetacular.
The music of this game, particularly the SNES version which I feel is best. Inspired a martial arts comic I used to draw as a kid. I'm redoing it, along with the other I used to draw (which was more sci-fi fantasy). If it ever becomes a game, I'd have a beat-em-up style. I had called it "Path of Carnage", but then later used the Japanese wording and Kanji for it, which I thought was more beautiful, "Shura".
Where can a person read your comic when it's done?
@@NotaPizzaGRL Oh when it's done, I will be making videos and advertising it everywhere. My brother will be helping with that. As things get closer, I'll be setting up a youtube channel for all of that.
@@NotaPizzaGRL I'll be getting back into the martial arts project (as it's called lol), after I finish this first one, since it's most special. My friend who worked with me in creating the game back in high school had passed away. The game was very much inspired by Chrono Trigger, but you didn't travel time, just other planets, it was all sci-fi fantasy. Main character was half alien and human who was accidently sent to Earth.. He was supposed to be terminated because he is considered an abomination and threat on his home world, due to a mutation he is born with. This is a sketch of the main character's portrait. I have to do many more of them lol i.imgur.com/2fu5Tp7.jpg?2
You're the real Mvp for extending this !!
0:53 wait hold on a sec, so this theme is even better than I thought with that segment. This went from 10/10 to 100/10
This one came with Super Famicom Magazine
@@SUCKERKINGwhich could be part of a potential Smash 6 remix.
Renting the SNES version of this game was a dream back in the day, and this bop is still legit.
I own it since 30 years and a half.
Beautiful musica bro
He couldn't jump, but was so cheap.
It was honestly kind of amazing that they made such a tough character and he couldn't even jump. You'd think that would be a huge disadvantage. But then he changes that narrative. With two sticks.
New Jack Swing. Only SNK to make a masterpiece like this! "Over so soon?"
A-HaHaHaHa!!
0:54 Would suit Invasion at the House of Horrors for Kirby.
Exactly
This wasn't composed by SNK, but Takara
I want this theme to get an MSH CPS2 remix. Have the Super Famicom Magazine bits integrated.
My childhood in one soundtrack!!
Ha! Delicious...
After decades, this beat still bangs! Nice
Though I've never listened to this, or played an art of fighting game before. I still feel a sense of nostalgia with this song
chasdat1248 probably because it sounds like 1990’s New Jack Swing.
@@jeffbayard4368 Definitely. Also I'd recommend playing it even now. This theme rings so much harder when you've really fought to it. Though the console version differs slightly.
