LV has really bad after sale service. I have a bumbag I wore only several times and the vag literally broke on one part. When I called my SA they said "it's probably because of too dry air and we can't do a thing about it". I had a similar situation with Dior and they literally gave me credits in their store to take whatever I want in the price of the bag.
