About your comments for the bear, i just looked at the board for my besr and it doesnt have the fuse. I dont know if its just my model but there is no fuse at all. Looks just like your board. Also one of the penguins on mine are very fast. How do I fix their yellowed bases? They arent brittle, but discouloured. Thank you for documenting all this! (Btw, I think youre penguin on the left thst you used at the end is the most perfect ive ever seen. Looks almost exactly like the prototype!)

I've got a polar bear variant, and the arm on it moves inwards more than it does outwards so the square piece keeps splitting as it tries to move further than it can.

48:18 I have the exact problem with mine it sucks my sam and bumble stopped working the 2010 musical stockings have a different battery compartment the batterys are sideways and much easier to get out
