Just want to share a bit on my view. First of all I feel like this topic is something I'm trying to avoid most of the time. I'm a color blind person, I cannot differentiate between green and brown, blue and purple, grey and green very well. I only know I'm color blind when I was in kindergarten, where we were asked to draw a tree and showed the drawing to our family. The tree I colored has its leaves in brown colour and tree trunk in green colour. I was laughed at because I "killed" the tree, because dead leaves are supposed to be brown colour, which I also only know by then. Since then I am traumatised to use color. I'm now in architecture industry, often or not clients will ask us to propose color, I will then search colour palettes online, instead of choosing colour by myself, because I'm scared that I choose the wrong colour due to my color blindness. Despite what I said above, I wish I can be confident in choosing colours, without being judged at. Thank you for the podcast, it's very interesting to know colours in different ways.

hmmm for me, when we talk about architect, i would not look at the gender, cos it really depends on the individual character. Even if for male architect, there are also many of them who cannot lead the team. i would say, that was because the male does not have sufficient leadership. and on the other hand, i don't see anyone would criticize a female architect if she were good and bold enough, able to give clear instruction to the team. Apparently, we generally think that male can lead more in any of the context is because they were given more oppotunity in the past due to 重男轻女
