There is paperwork that must be done by the seller giving you power of attorney for them but most dont trust us so you may hv to get aone to mk the seller feel secure.hope that helps

buyer broker agreement is undisputedly necessary,cause the agent is also a business actor using his/her resources to continue his operations so he/she needs a solid base guarantee that his/her resources are protected.

Mortgage rates went up because the bond market sold off and money went back into equities. The fed cut was a vote of confidence to the stock market hat they will accomodate and cut more of needed. I'm a loan officer and I hate when customers think the fed controls rates, they refuse to listen to us and then sit on the fence waiting for the fed.

I'm not sure I would take investment advice from a commissioned Real Estate salesperson.
When an agent pushes an agreement on me before I even meet them, I find another agent.
Gogleinski Suksinski As a buyer, I don't waste my time with so called buyer agent's. There are plenty of resources available online.
Well on the agent defense why would an agent not propose a buyer broker agreement what is protecting the agent from getting burned by you as a buyer? If you reject an agent for protecting them self then that shows your not committed to an agent you can make terms that are mutual so why not do it when it helps assure that realtor has to prioritize you? Without it then no paper commits you both to buying a home
