- Sugar - 280 g
- Cocoa powder - 20 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Flour - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
➤Cream:
- Cream - 600-700 ml
- Homemade caramel condensed milk - 400 g (or 1 can of boiled condensed milk)
➤Ganache:
- Chocolate - 200 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
➤For Decoration:
- Caramel sauce
➤Instructions:
➥Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
1. Preheat the oven to 180-190°C.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Sift the dry ingredients (cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and flour).
