You can use 2tsp ma , there are many recipes so we go for the one that works for us and even if am to do egg roll I use 1 tablespoon level for 500g which is what am been taught , so yo can chose to use 1tsp for 500g of flour and again some baking powder are not that active .

@@Nenyelicious I tried making another one immediately I dropped this comment and it came out so nice. My mouth is filled with cake as I write this comment🤣💓.The problem was that I didn't whisk the wet ingredients well with the sugar.

Local oven, that’s pot and sand then use your baking pan and sprinkle it inside let it not be too much and you keep checking from time to time to avoid burning

Use 30 grams of butter because your flour is not up to 500 gram
