106ml. Water or milk
80ml. Vegetable oil

200g Cake flour
6g Baking powder

134g Granulated white sugar
2g Cream of tartar
Yields 2 pcs. 8" x 3" round pan
Baking time : 180 Deg. for 25-30 mins.
