No you just need to kill the MR rich to get the Evil head

Click "Pets" in the top left of the screen. Click "Active" or "Passive" when the pets screen pops up. Then select the pet you want by scrolling up and down through the pets on your right and clicking on that pet. When the info from the pet you selected pops up, click "call pet" at the bottom under it. Then you can exit out and your pet will be out and follow you around. Hope that helps. If you need more help then let me know and I can do a video explaining just about pets.

The devs never fixed the respawn issue so if someone takes it one time in a public server then it will never respawn for the whole duration that the server is open.
