Sir can you please tell whether publication is must have for securing scholarship or not? At the time of your scholarship approval, Did you have any publication?
yes, publication supports a scholarship application, but you may apply even if you don't have one. i had two publications as a co-author at the time I was offered a PhD scholarship.
