I think the kings would love to trade Huerter for Finney Smith but 1) we want fair value for Huerter and that would probably include not including a pick and taking a flier on like, Noah Clowney coming back and 2) we want to wait for Devin Carter to come back so we can see what he looks like

Speaking of Poetl, the Nuggets really need a backup center especially after their rookie went out for the whole season. They're kind of like the Phoenix Suns though and probably can't make any deal with their current salary situation. I think if Jakob was out there during the joker's bench minutes it would look a lot better. Not perfect but better.

I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that Joel embiid is badly injured in a career-defining kind of way. The dude is huge and has really messed up legs and the fall off can be pretty freaking sudden. What is Philadelphia going to do if that's the actual situation. They'd be stuck with his pay and the pay of a mid looking Paul George. They would have to be hoping they could get some lottery picks. We may be looking at the beginning of a Philly rebuild. It's obviously too early to know.😊

Ainge is obsessed with John Collins for seemingly no reason, him trying to trade Jaylen Brown for Trae Young and John Collins in 2020-21 will never not be funny...... but I think the big miss with Ainge is that he traded Gobert/Mitchell to teams he thought would then implode ie Gobert/KAT being a mess they couldnt get out of, and Mitchell either leaving in free agency to the Nets/Knicks or demanding a trade there

And I don’t know this for sure but according to reports from reputable sources like Andy Larson the jazz never got a Mikahl Bridges type offer for Lauri. So I don’t think they had a trade offer that could have been considered selling high on Lauri.

Yep.. I've tapped out of Sixers. Mccain is pulling me in but what is pushing me away is far far greater. 2024 Olympics Team USA was my officially hanging up by NBA fandom, but Sixers winning a chip would have been good. It was a nice 5-7 year run. I don't trust PG at all, the idea of him is much greater than him in reality. I'm tired of it to be honest. I'll tune in come April (If we are even there!)
