This is Sweetmarshmalou,
We are a family of 5 + Dog!
Our latest adventure has been exploring the world of Autism. Our youngest daughter was diagnosed with level 2 Autism in both areas of functioning: social communication and restricted, repetitive behaviors.
We knew from the time she was between 6 - 9 months old that something was not matching up in comparison with our older kids. After moving from Texas to North Carolina and switching pediatricians we finally started getting answers.
It has been a lot of information and figuring out what the next best step is for her and for us as a family that likes to travel, eat and play together. One of the things we are discovering is how much fun it is to explore new and beloved toys with her.
We are a trilingual family, therefore you will see/hear three languages. English, Spanish and German.
