It was nice to hear you were making sauerkraut and Polish sausage because I am Polish! and sour cabbage is really good for boosting immune system , plenty of vit C:D I prepare cream corn, lentil, pumpkin, tomato, chickpea soups on chicken stock with Indian spice and yoghurt in the winter to keep me warm and healthy :) corriander, tumeric, curry, ginger and garlic are very good to help immune system to come back to normal. I like your slow, calm videos of daily life. greetings to your talented husband.

I also do Bible Study on Sunday morning and Thursdays and get to study with you. I'm ready for Jesus to return Can you pray for my Children, they are not saved and all have their own families and 2 of them live in different states. I have been praying for them. Their names are Cigi, Cayla & Casey. They were baptized when they were young but I fell away from the church and it's been probably over 2 years since me and my husband started going to church and was baptized.

I've made the appointment in the afternoon, sooo I lose no sleep and start prep early!!!

When I have my colonoscopy done my prize is the good sleep I will get afterwards! 😊. The prep…ohh boy that is tough!
