      @@5XGAINS i can't do more than 15 pull ups but I can do 5 with 30 kg added weight or 1 with 55 kg. But my weight is 100 kg, maybe it's time to loose some weight to do more pull ups?

    Farmers walks is literally next level.....ive never felt that level of hypertrophy for traps and shoulders....its like every second the weight keeps increasing lmao....also got insane forearm gains....highly underrated compound movement

      Alot safer than this video offers. Hopefully people who do these exercises do them with a trainer first. Beginners will just injure themselves. Plus they are dumb. Do back flies, lateral raises. Shrugs and farmer walk.

    We have to remember the functions of all parts off Tarap. Pars Descendens function is shoulders depression, pars transversas is scapulaes adduktion. There is one single movement to those in this video😂😂😂. So, with those tips ya wont get big traps.

    I have used over head cable pulls and kelso shrugs to help with my growth. I have found that leaning over slightly and really pulling your shoulders back makes a huge difference.
