What if my press box cameras are further than 15’ from the coaches box?
Any viewing devices or recording devices connected to the Pressbox network will have the strongest connection if they are within 15 feet of the Pressbox kit. If you are using a camera, you could use a longer HDMI to send the video feed to the Pressbox kit where it would be closer to the viewing devices. For further help, please go to hudl.com/help.
Is there anyways to get a video back that’s older than 180days
Any video deleted more than 14 days ago is unretrievable. This change has recently been communicated within Hudl.com. An updated video is coming soon!

How do I down load the game film to an external hard drive? Surely I dont need to download each game to my desktop and then to the hard drive?
Once the file has been downloaded to your desktop, you will be able to move that file to your hard drive. This will move the files that you have just downloaded to the location of your choice.

Hello, if you are unable to view your library, please reach out to your coaches and verify that you are listed as an athlete on your team. Once you confirm that you are on the roster and are using the correct email to login, you'll be able to view your film.

Can the Hudl camera be taken to another field or to the practice field and be put on a tripod?
The Hudl Focus Outdoor or Indoor cameras are permanently mounted to a fixed location. Our Focus Flex camera uses a tripod and can be moved between fields. Focus Flex currently only supports recording Soccer. If you have an Indoor or Outdoor Focus camera and are part of the Focus Exchange Network, you will automatically receive your game film from an away venue you play in that has a Focus camera.
Hi is there a way to easily move instances from the matrix onto the timeline into a new timeline row? Atm I manually do it by highlighting the relevant instances and then use 'Alt' to move them down.

How do I get my highlights into my camera roll on my phone?
Once you have purchased the download of your highlight, you will receive an email that includes a download link. This will allow you to download your highlight onto your device. If you have any other questions, please contact our support team by emailing support@hudl.com.
Is it possible to let a video with effects and notes play fully without stops on the mobile version? Because it's so annoying if you just want to watch the plays and hit play every time

How ( If possible ) should we go about using this during half time to show to team in large group? Can you log on to Hudl Sideline with laptop and connect to projector?
Great question! You will be able to play the clips from one of your viewing devices. Most teams will use AirPlay or connect the device to a larger TV or monitor to review their plays. If you have any other questions, please contact our support team by emailing support@hudl.com.
I am not able to see Advanced Search on my Independent Scout wyscout Account. Why could be the reason?

If you are a coach or administrator on a current team, you should be able to record through the Hudl app. If you are listed as an athlete, you'll need to contact your coach and have them give you the permissions needed to upload film.

Hello, my video has 10 secs rewind and forward features when watching it on desktop or on iPhone but not on my iPad. I watched a couple of others videos on iPad and they do have the 10 sec rewind and forward feature. What do I need to do to have these features show up on my video when watching on iPad? Thanks

Yes, you can edit athlete information on the Hudl iOS app under the Manage Team tab.

If you have a stalled upload, retry uploading that file to your computer again. (ruclips.net/video/Db-3ycG6ecs/видео.html) If you have a stalled upload on a mobile device, force quit the Hudl app. Then, reopen the Hudl app when you're connected to a stable wifi network. This will resume that upload. Please contact our support team by emailing support@hudl.com if these steps do not restart the upload.

If you are an athlete on this team, you will not be able to edit data. You can be added as a coach or administrator by contacting a current administrator on your team.
At 0:45 when you press create a clip when you do press create the clip is everyone who can view the video able to see the clips you created or can just you see the clips you make?
Great question. When you create a clip you are the only person who can see those clips.
how do you become a coach of a team so that i can upload

Does the setup require an internet connection?
You will need to login to the Hudl Sideline app with an internet connection. The kit itself creates a closed network to view the clips from.

You may be listed as an athlete if you do not see the option to download film. You will need one of your coaches to download the film you are looking for.

What should I do if the streaming kit is saying not ready?
If your streaming kit shows not ready, that means it is not receiving the video stream from your camera. Start by double checking that your camera is recording in 720p and that the HDMI cable from the camera to the streaming kit is connected. If this does not work, please reach out to our support team by emailing support@hudl.com.

Re. playing styles: Do these stats for attacking and defending indexes require a certain Wyscout "package", as I couldn't find that I was able to extract only "recoveries high" on an aggregated level (per 90, etc), just on an individual match level? The /90 gave only total recoveries (low/med/high).
