Adobe Illustrator is a piece of a "struggling" software. Too much problems and disadvantages Illustrator has. I don't understand why it seems like americans love it so much. Just why? Coreldraw is much convenient and efficient IMO.

Been there too many times. USPS is a mess. When you complain the delivery problems only get worse. Not only for that missing package but future deliveries and packages. North Carolina seems to be a CODE for we lost your package. Or Atlanta USPS undeliverable packages for sale. Check USPS online sales for your missing product(s). ExFex delivers in unsecured places. Your best bet is Amazon or UPS for deliveries and service.
