Since the patch nerfed nashor tooth and buffed shadowflame, you MUST build all ap burst items that gives magic penetration, with 3 items and boots you have a lot of magic pen which allows you to deal TRUE damage to ennemies with low magic resist. #katarina #main #lol #katarinaplays #riotgames #katarinabuild #leagueoflegends #wildrift #lol #asalano

New segment, new patch, items changes = new build for katarina. This build is very different from the last one with conqueror and nashor tooth. Since nashor tooth got astro nerfed and that stormsurge and lich got buffed, its obviously better to go with this items. You can have 45 flat magic pen which means that you do true damage to an adc with 45 magic resist.

What’s your #1 tip for consistency? I’m lvl 21 with 247k points on her. And I seriously struggle to get S ranks with her
Tbh im not really consistent, but if I had to say one thing, this is about the farm, dont worry if you dont get kills in the first 5 mins, katarina does scale very well. Focus on the farm, dont forget that a kill is around 15 minions killed, and you gotta be really careful with the last patches when you rotate because xp is so important now.

Very nice👍 i would love to know your thought process when it comes to builds/runes. I have 1 mil on kata and still not sure about the builds
If they are all squishy i personnally go electrocute + nashors and shadowflame. If they are not tanky and not squishy i go conqueror and the same build. And if they are pretty tanky i go conqueror + nashors and liandry and in some situations i add a riftmaker. I hope it'll help you ! 👌

@@adam0_519 When i built lich bane to test i just found out that lich bane is a great item yes, but if you fall slightly behind you are useless because 150dmg on a combo are not that important. But with nashors you keep the same amount of damage on a trade and you do even more if you cast your entire ult. In addition with nashors the enemies can't ignore you, because if they let you cast your entire ult you'll be useful. With lich bane, casting an entire ult will not be that efficient.
