this might be a little late info but, you should have cracked key shard unlocked, the one time use red key, so I will say if you wanna unlock more tainted character you can drop any trinket in a Boss Room or a Treasure Room. then doing the ascent it will become a key shard for you to use in home.

Not taking the key after you made it free and then talking about not having keys broke my brain but it looks like you picked it up later. That Tech/Lung synergy is crazy looking.

i used to be rly bad abt r buttoning until i got into speedrunning. Getting that perfect rollout is so hard sometimes you just gotta tank a few misplays / unfortunate circumstances to enjoy urself more overall.

Looks like you were being hit by small bullets most times. Kinda hard to tell during the boss rush cause the floor is so messy

Did you miss the fact that there was an item behind the three health beggars in the Dark Room or did you just not want it?

Did you know you can blow up the mirror in the clean bedroom for several pills? Especially worth it when you have one or no red hearts since the hæmotemisis and health down don't affect/buff you respectively.

when you sleep in a bed, you get 3 soul hearts if you have no red heart containers Also at 21:24 that red room turns all heart drops into redhearts so you have to leave the room to get the goods from little bro

It came in kind of late too, but duality + goat head means you get a choice of angel or devil deals every single floor. Duality is one of the reasons I love devil deals. Plus a lot of unlockable items are incredibly strong and stuck in that item pool. Even without unlocks, you got things like moms knife and brimstone, rotten baby or even most of the guppy items. (which you can get in red chests/curse rooms too)

You picked up Pluto, which lets you walk between rocks. You could have abused it a bit more! You weren't softlocked.

soul stones are an item obtained from doing boss rush + hush on tainted characters, it can give a unique effect like rerolling items, spawning coins, opening all doors, being an extra life and many others
