Good video - I agree that the steering stem (internal, black piece that broke) should not have been designed to accept horizontal forces (forward, back, side), just vertical. Those loads should only occur at the fork and the column. I imagine removing the steel counter-screw, to prevent the stem from spinning 360°, and replacing it with a plastic screw would be sufficient.
Their customer service is bad related to getting parts. But thats what you get for buying Ninebot rebranded as Segway. Ive learned my lession with segway and no more.
So much for "premium hyperscooter"... that's super dangerous, hope they make it right for you

I've been struggling with the same issue on my MBP M1 Max, and it turned out that the software Magnet I used to manage window-positions (split-screen, left/right/top/bottom window, etc) was the cause of the lag. My lag disappeared if I set Magnet to "Ignore" Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe software.
Good reviews but I couldn't make it past that first few seconds of audio...

I'm watching this progressively worse movie...Someone marry barry...so I had to go see who was responsible for it. Rob Pearlstein. The idea for that movie was fine. Execution, no bueno. Not sure who is responsible for the decisions made there, but not good. So..I'm adding this to my watch later list. We'll see
