I have a 1984 Gmc Sierra 1500 i working on getting it running again im trying to figure where the red wire on the firewall frim the juction block. Any thoughts you can share would be apreciated. Thia truck is a beauty.

This slant window model was released from April 1931 as a new type 1931 model. They were made to standardise the Fordors so they could be assembled easier by Murray, Briggs & Ford. They are identical & really there is no way you can tell if Murray or Briggs or by Ford, unlike the earlier Fordors which were slightly different. This one is more interesting in that it is the standard model [ not Town Sedan] & should be left that way eg. no cowl lamps or fancy interior.

Its way hotter up there than here in Sacramento. Nice Elco. What is the asking price?

What tires did you buy? and where?

Just bought one thats been sitting in a crate for decades , put a battery in it , fresh fuel , 2 stroke oil , fired right up , lovely bike , bit of a clutch slip past half throttle but im sure the disks degraded over time and just needs a rebuild no big deal , still great little bike for 600 bucks

hahaha... I love it when you made mention for your mom to take notice....we've all been there! That's a beauty! I must say I was pretty lucky on parents side of things...mine bought me a 1984 Honda 125M from an OG owner in about 1987... I loved that little wheeler and wished I'd kept it; I took such good care of it. You had a real gem there.

This was my first car, 1978 Landau, peach color with brown teddy bear interior, it was LOADED, & had a huge V8, I still miss that car even though I hated the color

My 1978 Town Landau is nicer than this. Blue velour interior, and rocker moldings.

My '78 TL is nicer.
