The black filament bleeds really bad into the white. Rather it have a clean transition 😅

Would be a dream. Prusa makes a 5-toohead 3D Printer that comes in a XL size. 360mm^3 build volume over the Bambu's P1S's 256mm^3.

I think Bambu had a idea for one on their lineup

I bought it back in 8-28-23. 16 hours a day minimum, minus 3 months. So somewhere around 4144 hours total time printed is my best guess for my P1S.

@@kingofandrew2 that’s amazing thank you. Have you needed to do any servicing or swapping out parts?

Surprisingly no. It would not hurt me to put lube on the threaded rods that move the plate up and down tho.

@@kingofandrew2 thats impressive they can do that many hours and with no maintenance. A little grease couldn’t hurt!

Correct, no glue. It sticks very well after wiping oils off with a alcohol prep pad.

In Bambulabs studio I use 0.16mm Optimal with the Bambu PLA Red Basic filament. Everything is still the same as default for the other settings.

Exciting! Mine sits across the room from me and is not loud at all. Lowering the speed will also make it quieter too.

@@kingofandrew2 thank you mate! I’m used to having a loud fan next me anyway so all should be fine!

How are you getting it to stick on the build plate with no supports or adhesion? I have been getting so many failed prints because something moves on the build plate or falls. Even with supports at times

I used to use a textured plate with glue but recently switched to the Smooth PEI High Temp Plate. Oil from my hands would sometimes cause things not to stick with no glue. If you are using Bambulabs Studio make sure the right build plate is selected and level the bed every print on anything over 25mm^2 or not in the middle of the plate. @quiltingrox

Make sure to calibrate it. After calibration motors are pretty quiet, but fans are loud.

Yes, it does see out the door a bit to the right. The P1S has a 1280 x 720/0.5fps camera where the X1C has a 1920 x 1080/30fps camera.

@@kingofandrew2 hmm, it looks pretty good, does it lag on live preview compared to the finished recording? Also would you recommend the P1S? im very close to purchasing it

@bran-zv1fu Yes, it is very slow between each frame of the camera. I'm not sure about lan mode if it is better than one second each frame.

@@kingofandrew2 Do you still think its more worth it over the X1C? Its like a 500$ difference, having some trouble choosing, also print looks great

@@bran-zv1fu They do about the same for quality of print only that the X1C is faster BUT some filaments can't handle those speeds. In my words the P1S plus AMS is way better.

I've honestly never even had to use the gluestick or hair spray. Bed adhesion isn't a problem with the Bambu Labs printers as far as I can tell.

I do love small prints but they do sometimes pop off from time to time and the glue stick it came with is really good and was free.

It is about time for a good wash. Lucky the glue is very water soluble.

That is my guess. It was set to ABS plastic randomly and crushed the filament inside the gears so it could not be pulled or pushed.
