If anyone has an answer on this, it would be greatly appreciated. I've done most of the suggestions (I have an AMD), but noticed immediately that the hair looked REAL bad. I noticed it made no difference on quality but even when I tried the filters, it also made no difference. Is this due to taking FSR off? Is there any good way of saving this? Also by bad, I mean pixelated.

6:30 you mention how if u have a 240 hz monitor the frames will fit nice with the 120 fps cap. you are correct with how g sync works but frames sent to the monitor are made at random and having gsync only lines them up. if you make 160 frames and have a 120 hz monitor you will still have a better preformance than a 120 hz monitor at 120fps. even with gsync; where your monitor sends frames at a consistant rate but ur computer sends them out as it makes them if your monitor is able to project the frame closest to realtime and at the highest frequency possible

When you update reshade do you lose all configs

I don't see why people feel they need their game to look like a bright, washed out mess. The only thing I use is the "details" filter through Nvidia. I turn "clarity" up and turn every other setting in the "details" filter to 0. It's really all you need. No reason to change 100 settings through some reshade program. The game looks good enough on its own, it just has that hazey look to it, and through my own testing of every other game with the Nvidia details filter, EVERY game has a hazey, filter like layer over them for whatever reason.

What a joke 🤣, finding this video after looking for dbd moonwalking tutorials is hilarious... Every player who edits their .ini files shouldn't be allowed to connect to the DBD-matchmaking servers. Didn't even know this was a thing until I bumped into this video. I was unaware that Behaviour approved cheating because that's exactly what this is -changing settings that aren't supposed to be changed by altering ini files to gain an unfair (albeit visual) advantage is as unfair as installing an aimbot or wall hacks for shooters-. It's quite sad to see Behaviour allows this shit.

I would also like a feature which would try to set you up on different killers. So, 1st game you got a Huntress then the 2nd game would ve less likely to have the Huntress; so on and so fourth. Perhaps like 3 tokens of killers then it resets.

Just as an example, imagine playing 100 games in a row against the same 4 survivors with no prestige (probably even always the newest one as Taurie is) always having the sweatiest items + addons combos, wondering why they're not running off only to know that its because they secretly have it shared from p100 "reskin". Hey mate! There is a way to disable controller inputs in the game if you follow these steps :) If you right click on DBD -> Properties -> Controller -> Controller configurator (make sure you connect your controller or it will say no controller connected) -> Edit Layout -> Go through each individual button’s cog icon and click on "Remove Command" Once you remove command for all the buttons, dpad, triggers and joysticks, go back to the screen with “Current Button Layout” -> Click on the cog icon next to “Edit Layout” -> Export Layout -> Name it whatever you want, "No Controller Input" or whatever -> Export Type: New Personal Save You can switch to this layout for DBD by clicking on the large button above “view layout/edit layout”, then going to "Your Layout". Let me know if it doesn't work and I can try to help!
