My old channel I created in 2016 at the ripe old age of 11 was deleted for supposed violation of RUclips’s hate speech policy. The reality is that I had accumulated over 1000 streams by the time they started caring about the channel and by that point I had no way of practically skimming the streams for people saying hateful things in vc. I lost a lot of memories that I can never recover now all because RUclips doesn’t want to hear the appeal and actually listen.
I have some of the old content here, not much, and admittedly most of the best stuff I made was not posted here and is completely lost.
Hopefully we can work towards regaining what I had before. Thank you

First, cool LeMat. Second, always wear eye and ear protection when shooting. Finally, as long as the powder is kept dry, it will last indefinitely. Civil War era cannonballs have exploded in modern times because the powder stayed dry through the decades.
How often do you get more that 6 hours of sleep Jaca 🙏
Rarely
Bro what is up with your left gun
Forgot to cap off the cylinders before
Awesome. Sick jacket to
Cowboy shot 5
not toys soy boy
Didn’t say they were
The round barrel was easier to make so limited resources of the south…..
Just imagine if our ancestors who wore that same gray uniform would have had these same types of semi auto repeating long arms
Would be nice, a book was actually written about this very scenario called “guns of the south”
❤
Do you cap off before you load? It could be that you need to install some slix shot nipples and try to get you some Remington brand number 10 caps
Hi jace nice gun
Finger on the trigger the whole time. Lmao, I know, I know the hammer was not cocked. But mistakes happen.
What can the trigger do when the hammer is not pulled back
No ear-pro?
No im ok
@@jaceh555 Hope you don't end up like my gramps.
Son I've had a flintlock loaded for a year hanging on the wall before and it shot fine. I have a video of it on my page on RUclips. As long as it's dry, cool or not. Itvwill shoot fine.
I think it has to do with the powder I’m using
@@jaceh555 I have a 1851 navy I left it loaded from last deer season to this year deer season and it shot fine how much powder are u using just wondering
Great outfit, great video in general. I've had some good success with keeping blackpowder loaded in my pistol over a long period of time interestingly enough, same "cold" conditions as you described, shot perfectly fine in the range. Think it might be the fact that I store them long term only with blackpowder+the round itself, without a felt wad separating them.
Very nice piece! I put up a short recently too. Did you see it?
Yes but I remember you having more videos up, what happened to them?
@ I wasn’t happy with their quality and ppl really didn’t seem to find them appealing but I’m glad that you liked them and commented on them
I used to do this with my brother on the 4th of July all the time.
Cool Lemat.
I think your first two shots ricoched off the ground. Sounds like they hit the barn or something
They hit the mound and went in the air We haven’t had any animals in the barns for over 5 years now so it’s not a concern
Jine the cavalry!
Imagine if them Yankees were runnin on up on ya, y'all would be done for.
Nice
What yall raising in the barns? Hogs, chickens, or turkeys?
Everything you mentioned other than hogs
I liked the costume. Very cool gun as well.
Thank you, it’s no doubt my favorite gun
Damn how many shots?

@@jaceh555 is that how old you like them?
dude the way u handle this guns gave me anxiety . 😬🏃🏽♂
For what reason
how
It's good to practice gun safety with all firearms regardless if they are percussion single action black powder or modern firearms. But there is a level of true safety with black powder that you can get away with on single action black powder. It ain't going to go off unless he cocks that hammer back on a new load. But chain fires can still happen, especially if you having these issues
I've tried cleaning out my 50 caliber bp pistol with choke cleaner and making it as oil free as possible, and usually it will actually fire weeks later loaded. I've had it still not work before and had to pull the ball, which sucked. And I really cleaned it too, a cap was on it and everything. Im guessing it was just a tiny amount of oil or soot or something or maybe it somehow drew moisture from under the cap. I've shot bp guns I've left loaded for over a year just fine and did nothing to prep it, I just loaded it at home while it was clean, and then my pistol will not fire after just a few weeks sometimes. Also, maybe it has something to do with using actual gun powder vs pyrodex.
Where can I find a fancy hammer like the one you used. Nickel and wood look great.
I believe Pietta makes them. I would check Dixie Gun Works. I’ve seen it on there before
lemon revolver
If you don’t use lubed felt wads between the powder and the ball the loads can be good for months. I had an Uberti 1860 army revolver that I kept loaded with lubed felt wads between the powder and the balls for over 8 months and they all went off but with misfires and the velocity was weak but I also had a Pietta 1851 navy revolver that I kept loaded with lubed felt wads between the powder and the balls for about a week and it went off just fine with no misfires and it had full velocity
I heard you can seal the chambers with wax to prevent powder from going bad. Does that really work?
@ A beeswax and olive oil mixture hardened up slightly though still soft and broken up into chunks and pressed into the chambers after the powder and balls are seated without lubed felt wads between the powder and the balls is similar to the original 19th century way that Sam Colt recommended except back then spurm whale oil was mixed with the beeswax instead of olive oil
Bro holds recoil better then Arthur Morgan
To be fair some of the rounds didn’t actually go off
@ still insane recoil hold
I’ve owned a few Uberti 1858 new model army revolvers and a few Pietta versions of it and the same for the 1851 navy and I love the accuracy of the Uberti 1851 navy in cap and ball mode but I prefer what I do now with the Uberti 1858 new model army revolver that I bought in the summer of 2022 and I bought my Howell .45 Colt cartridge conversion cylinder for it at the same time and I’ve fired nothing but factory loaded smokeless .45 Colt cowboy loads out of it and never used the percussion cylinder. Recently I took a friend of mine with me when I went to do some target practice and for the first time in his 65 years of life he fired a gun and it was my Uberti 1858 new model army revolver with the Howell cylinder in it and he fired a handful of .45 Colt cowboy loads from it from 10 yards away at a foot wide by 10 inch tall box which he hit once. He made a video of me firing my last 4 rounds of the 10 total that I fired from the same distance at a foot wide by 9 inch tall box and I hit them all within a 7 inch group and I put it up on here
Hey Jace, earlier today I accidentally logged myself out of discord and I can't get back in. I tried making a new gmail account but it required a phone number and a bunch of stuff. Anyways, I want to take a break again, not just from mc and disc, but internet as a whole. I thought I would stay when I came back recently but after a recent doctor's appointment I realized I had to actually start taking my physical health seriously. (nothing is actually wrong with me, just need to move some more and stuff) I know taking a break, coming back, and taking another break seems goofy (it probably is) I still think I should do it. There are other reasons which I won't mention in your you tube comments (again nothing serious just mundane stuff)
oh and btw arsonist has full control of lopad (but tell arsonist that checkmate should be given a very important role and also tell him this is done solely based off of seniority in lopad, not on any other factor) while I am gone. tell all the lopadians i am sorry for leaving them again without really saying anything. I love them all. I will come back and play the game with them and everyone else more often. i know the leaving and rejoining may get annoying so i apologize for that, it is just something I feel I should do
@@luke1861-r5n that’s completely fine, it’s important to take your physical health seriously

you need to stop react back to the recoil on shot brother, just hold it thight, btw this is just a suggestion brother dont get me wrong and i think you need more suggestion about pointing around and flipping the gun, specially on your draw... take care brother
Thank you I will work on it
everything about this is cringe. poor trigger discipline, limp wristing your daddy berretta, sharing a cigar, (also probably your daddy's considering you don't even know how to light or smoke it) not loading the magazine fully, an to top it off you maybe landed 1 one on target. do yourself a favor take this video down an hopefully your dumb ass dont end up in a Darwin awards video
