Yeah, I’m realizing that more and more as I play the event. Still tinkering with Karakuri, though, I really wanna make these silly little robots work.

Oh, no, not at all, I just didn’t want to record one too soon after I recorded one before my vacation. I record vids ahead of time, so expect the next episode of the challenge on the 20th

@@nicholasblanchard1302 I will say, I’ve come around to the sound sensors since making this video. They’re especially useful for risk-free EMF readings, if you can differentiate the tones the EMF reader gives off

Well, there’s a few things you can try. The camera is considered a piece of equipment, so it counts toward your limit of three items. It could be that your inventory is full. Beyond that, you may have a keybind messed up. Check your settings and make sure you have “interact/pick up” set to your preferred key (E for me)

@@tucklyfe next to the screens, opposite of your tools, there’s a set of keys and a keypad. Pick up the keys (they’re for the front door) using the E key, then click on the keypad to open the truck

I had been dealing with meta and slightly off-meta decks all day for this recording. Seeing mathmechs pop up was my last straw, lol

If this was critmas, then Dismas was a very good boy this year. Did the math on a later episode that hasn’t come out yet, he has around 80% chance to crit with this setup.

I honestly misplayed hard there. Transverser can only swap monsters it points to, and needs to point to two different monsters to activate the effect. If I put Azzathoth in the leftmost monster zone, I could have swapped them

He was my first good special summon, a decent beater, and REALLY good removal. Dude is a beast in this challenge

He had me dead to rights, but chose not to attack. I still appreciate that one, since it gave me one of my favorite cards.

The only extra rule I used at the start is that, if I go a whole episode without winning a game, I get a pity pack to keep the episodes from getting stale. I’ve since removed the rule as the deck got stronger

Being honest, I got back into it after watching an episode of Arc V with my younger cousin. D/D/D stood out to me from that episode, and got me hooked from then on.

@ i think i chose it bc im insane. thankfully it taught me everything (pendulum/fusion/synchro/xyz summoning, deck building, etc.). its a awesome deck and i enjoyed watching ur video and made me want to get back into playing it
