What if the two screw holes that attach the T-bar to the PV are smaller than the size you provide? I’ll be running out to Home Depot to get new screws but the holes in the aluminum plate are pretty large and hoping the smaller screws with the washer is enough to stop any leaks. Thanks

So this is obviously not for someone that has the tub stopper handle on the plate.

How to know what size to use? ON AMZ, I see 3 1/8 & 3 5/8 ... Not sure what to get. Are they available at Home Depot?

Hi, I wanted to clarify. I have a claw foot tub that is in a really tight space & is leaking water from the gasket behind the tub. Would this work to fix that & are there any measurements I need to take before ordering? Thanks!

No guide on installing this onto a single hole drain. We're encountering issues with getting it tight since the cover itself is also threaded. Can't find a single video or instruction on it.

Can I use plumbers putty in place of the upper rubber gasket/washer? I'm concerned that the same type of upper drain flange gasket made from a rubber washer, is not used used in a typical drain installation by any professional plumbers. I won't have access to any possible leaks if one forms below the drain assembly, once the shower installation is fully complete.

Hi there-- We recommend that you use the rubber gaskets because that is the way the drain is designed to be used; the putty would not gel well with the design. I hope this clears things up!

Where did you screw the holes for the two? Did you make them on the tube?

It’s the original 2 holes that are on the overflow drain pipe inside the wall behind the tub.

This drain is such a life saver. I was doing a project for a customer who wanted a shower in his basement and I had just enough clearance to install this drain. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t find you guys. Perfect
