Im sure you have a impact wrench
We do of course but the point of the video is a quick tip in case you don't have all your tools with you.
In your setting an impact would be more appropriate

Your lucky you didn’t sheer that head off given its current state and condition. Supposed to tap on it with a hammer to help break up any rust bonding inside. Soak with penetrating oil and slowly easy it back and forth. And if that doesn’t work then torch it come on this is elementary stuff man! You must deal with a lot of head aches trying to work on machines if adding two wrenches is your go to or “trick” as you call it

How about using an air impact wrench that every mechanic has? Or--some battery operated impact wrench?
Bolt looks a lil rusted any high impact would have def snapped the bolt
You're supposed to loosen the nut not turn the bolt come on man you should know better than that
The video does say bolt but we are in fact turning the nut, you're right.
