This is a square 40 X 40 pipe machining test.
I made a G code using Seat Cam.
A feed of 4000 or more is required for pipe cutting.
Next, we will test by adding a little more model cut.

I would like to know how to modifiy post procesor in a way, that z axis gets incremental move orders, like g91 z5, and axis moves 5mm up. We are using floting z axis with planetCNC controller, but mach3 post procesor. Thank you
It looks like you're using the fsctory cross slide lead screw, how'd you get rid of the backlash
I think there are some thrust bearings assembled in the mix
