How you likin" that box ? Any issues ? I almost bought one just didn't like the drawers were sloppy loose side to side. Might buy a gen 3 if they are tighter.

Back in 2012, i had this same machine, only it was an emerson funai. I put stickers on it and it gradually screwed up the vcr part, so a neighbor cleaned it out and it came out on all my movies a softer picture a rolling line of static and no sound and no counter movement but when you record from it, it is very close to normal except there is a buzzing noise from the hifi track.

I do not understand the point of this video. To take the cover of this unit, there are two screws on each side, and two screw on the rear of the top cover.

Putting together an actual “roadbox” currently. Professional auto/truck tech. Have more tools then i can shake a stick at. But i want to have a box i can take with me thats fully equipped to do most basic repairs on site or on the road. Tired or tossing tools in bags. Picked up an older keneddy mechanics box is super nice shape for dirt cheap. Been watching all the road box tours on youtube to get ideas on how to set her up and what tools i should make sure i have. Its easy to just toss tons of stuff in there. But i wanna keep it as light as possible but not miss something i might need.

I love Craftsman too it's the best bang for your buck
