When you get far enough to where the military start attacking you can get in the trucks at the military roadblocks.

I don’t know. It was a really long time ago.

The amount of meters can always be different depending on how much damage you cause and how fast the damage was made. If you drove in a straight line and didn’t hit anything and didn’t die, your points would eventually reach high enough to reach aliens. But if you went and blew everything up, the aliens would come way faster and you’d have traveled less meters, so it depends.
