Ive loved wrestling in middle school and highschool builds character and you learn about discipline integrity brotherhood advice to highschool middle school wrestlers work hard in the off season year after yearThe gym the matt don't quit the more you put in the more you would get out of it
Agree 100% off season is where most improvement happens and able to jump levels
@@marcusabdal8149 and it doesn't hurt to learn couple judo throws or couple jutjitsu moves I've wrestled some guys that caught me by surprise with moves that their coaches didn't teach in practices

I love wrestling, but it's not the loneliest sport. The loneliest sport is endurance running. Long runs, morning or evening, completely on your own, through deserted roads or trails, day after day after day, with no teammates at all. Even if another runner joins you, you're still alone. No stopping, no talking. It's just always you alone with your thoughts.
