I have recently added Zeepy's Homestay in Airbnb. I was getting enquiries but suddenly one day Airbnb blocked my account because someone reported that it's a fake place. I had to literally explain in essay type while rejecting tourists coming without pre-booking online. Also I don't allow unmarried couples. They can stay but will have to take individual rooms. My Homestay is close to a military station and so identity is issue I need to check. Please guide me on that. My home is in a locality and I stay behind with my kids. Tell me how to get more guests and Bookings

Hi sir.. ek problem hai .. west bengal se hoon.. bankura district.. idhar koi rent dena nehi chahta airbnb ke liye..bol raha hain family hain to chalega ..aysa rent nehi chalega..koi solution nehi iska?? Same for flat,, society wala nehi manega.. khud property own karna bhi muskil hain .. 😢
Societies me operate karne me aise issues common hai.First property deal me mehnat lagegi uske baad thoda easy rahega. Other wise try to find some comercial spaces
