I have been playing bass lefty since 1966...and still have my Fender Japan Jazz Bass JTB-62-LH-3TS...the twin of Mio's.

Go! Go! MANIAC! is a hard song in general to learn. I don't have a bass, but I can tell this is pretty demanding and have yet to see someone cover this online. Drums are already difficult with needing the coordination, but at this pase, drummers like Senri Kawaguchi make it look too easy. Both Guitar parts are fairly easy (Exuding the solo), but I say that because I saw the tabs, and said "Fuck that all I know are power chords" and I (While not writing it down) transcribed the song into all power chords making it easier to learn, but this song is hard as shit. I can't say anything for keyboard though as I'm not sure how difficult this is for a keyboardist to play..
Agree, all k-on's songs are progressively getting harder as the Yui guitar skills improving and the show running to end. At first we get very basic and simple Don't Say Lazy just power chords and simple bass line that match the guitar key

I’m pretty sure that’s actually how the rhythm guitar goes in the song. It’s a little hidden in the regular mix, but it’s a lot more noticeable in the cassette mix in Hokago Tea Time II ruclips.net/video/Rce1h2Nq0xM/видео.html you have to really be listening for it because it’s subtle.
@@GSwifty Yeah, it's really hidden, I took long for understand how the “yui's solo” was watashi no koi Well, in psp game, the Azusa's guitar is the rhythm guitar, I'm not sure about the game mix disc, but if you play with Azusa you will listen clearly that part

im a beginner at bass and i tried learning this (i know, its not a song for beginners lol),,this day marks my 3rd month learning this song,,,, i think im almost there! i just have to learn the last 10 or so bars of this song and do it in the song's bpm without dying :D

i think yui and azusa got switched when playing together, azusa plays complicated lead rhythm parts whereas yui plays power chords, you can hear this in most of thier songs ex. utauyo miracle yui plays straight two notes azusa plays complicated lead parts there are other techniques that yui does but it dosent make sense like using a whammy bar when she knows that she is using an lp, i think tom hack plays yui's parts because he has a whammy bar and as for azusa you can hear her sometimes use a wah pedal, i think toshio uchida played her part as well feel free to correct me if im mistaken edit: tom hack plays a strat with a floyd in live performances so i think thats the guitar he uses in recodings, and as for toshio uchida he uses sg or an lp junior for live performances but i think hes using an lp on recordings because who would want to carry an 11lbs guitar in a 2hr gig right? thats gonna hurt right?
