Sorry mate... -Try some other app on your Pad/Phone!... (eg. Litchi, Autopilot, Vertical Studio...) And still no recognition or update from DJI!!?? What an unbelievable arrogant bunch of bandits!!! :-( Good Luck! /Jan

+ Grant Collier Thanks mate! :) Yes you're right on all counts! Litchi's just following the controller. I haven't tried to tweak the settings, but as I commented, I find Litchi being really mushy and I don't like flying with it at all! It has some interesting functions though, so it might be worth better investigations. (Specially with all those bloody messed up DJI Go updates keep on coming!...) :( As you can see, the Go app is doing a superb POI job though! So if you need to keep the controller stuck to the bike anyway, it might be doing a better job yet?.. My goal that day was trying to get the bird following without the controller though. :p -Autopilot can do this! ruclips.net/video/lHjHzsLLU7o/видео.html Not least with changing altitude consideration! It can also follow your phone. Never tried this software though.. This day I went to a field as I wanted to keep the bird quite low, so when I got in a hurry getting back to the controller the Phantom was just about to crash into a building.... As for that, the RTH wasn't going to do much good... But yes, I always keep it on. (It actually saved my day a couple of weeks ago when the bird just went crazy and flew away!!! :-O (This was because of the latest DJI update v.1.10.!!!) -I had gone inside to get my car keys, thinking the least I could do was driving to the last location recorded on the map... then the bird suddenly came home again!! :-D Bloody relief!!!) (Downgrade to v.1.6 on the controller fixed my problems btw) Also as a note. At 2.20 when you see me grabbing the controller, there is a car passing me and the phantom immediately start following the car instead!... I guess this is always an imminent risk when using recognition software... So at the end of the line, we might be quite better of having the bird following the controller! (or a phone!?) Thank you so much for the reply! I'll definitely let you know how I get on! My bike has a topbox - so I thought of lobbing the controller in there....I'm undecided about RTH - I may just set the thing to hover in place if it gets confused - that way it won't fly into anything (presumably!), and I can return to it and regain control. All good in theory, anyway.... NZ roads are generally pretty windy - I don't give it long odds of following me for any significant time without hitting bits of landscape. BTW - that Autoflight follow me looks the business....naturally I bought Lichi about a fortnight ago instead. Oh well....I'll see how far I get and take it from there.

+Ahmad Bashier - Sorry if I am confusing you... :-p But as I said, this is just me fooling the POI mode with a "moving POI"... And as you can see it is framing quite beautifully! but is making larger orbit as I move!...

+SlayerX Purington He-he... Well, the story to this clip is: On our mc-club-forum a member posted a link to an Isle Of Man film. (this one I think: ruclips.net/video/L0M_a8S4Y4c/видео.html ) and another member (his nick is Geronimo) pointed out "they are all chasing the Road Captain with open helmet and green vest driving his Vanilla Cream coloured VTX 1800"... (that would have been himself..) :p So... I put this clip together with some actual footage I had with him (Geronimo) when the club were driving in convoy. -And we all had a laugh! ;) Anyway... No, never been there myself. Absolutely fascinating! and quite scaring!...
