This is a major problem that I have seen on RUclips. Most racism that is encounter are those of long-term officer not only white but also blacks. All long-term cops took oath of office to protect and serve the constitutional rights. However, over the years that oath was abolished throw the years. Just like the military after each term of service to stay in you must take the oath again to stay in. Is this the same cause as police officer or they say the oath one time for years of retirement? We as military learn throw code of conduct how we conduct ourselves to serve and protect others. Unless the democratic change these standard over 34 years ago, after I retired! These long-term officers has no idea things change over years, by, their same actions over and over! Some doesn't want changes and willing to stay the same! Since George Floyd death in May 2020 there has been many changes about law enforcement with new laws and film recording under first amendment rights to keep cops in check. However, there is still police department and cops hate the idea, but, then no corruptions of offices cannot go unpunished or sweep under the rug by internal investigation. It is time to hold everyone accountable for their actions, including, school boards, teachers, cops, cops’ headquarters, local, counties, state government and including government own property that include federal, and post office building in public open areas. So, cities, counties, state and federal workers get use in filming in public spaces, if you do not like it, then removed yourself from public eye! BS story. real life the police would have said officers did nothing wrong. these stories always have a relative thats a lawyer or police captain or high level person. In reality a woman like this would have been taken in and charged and fined or jailed. A speech would have fallen on deft ears and resulted in no real changes.
