Started rainy, dried up enough to get fast. Telemetry dropout in the middle is because I didn't have the connector fully seated in the RaceCapture, oops! Matthew driving the Happy Cactus Racing 1991 Volvo 240 built for Lucky Dog Racing League at The Ridge. But! Something is different this time. Now there's a GM LGX 3.6L v6 under the hood from a 2016 Camaro, adding ~120 extra horsepower. Still figuring out how to drive the car with the added power and slight weight add (~70lb).

3 fast laps in the second session on a new set of RE-71RS. Still hadn't completely figured out the new tires, but tons of grip over the old R-S4s. I also upgraded to an AiM Solo 2 DL, so enjoy the overlay of actual data off the car! rusEfi now shows raw sensor voltages on gauges, to make diagnosis simpler. Demonstrated with an electronic throttle body (making the 400hz hum).

How did you do the harness if you dont mind me asking
I've since sold the car, but the harness is a stock GM harness matching the engine (early 2000s truck/van) with the main connectors clipped off and Proteus's AMPSEAL connectors crimped on in their place.

Thanks man for tutorial. I was doing this connector on my work today. Video was helpful. And if you have empty spots without wire i used white plugs to seal those empty spots.

Small plug gap multi-sparked for short dwells has to be superior to single spark, big gap, and long dwell and probably stresses the coil pack equally or maybe less

One of the rear main seal holder bolts had backed itself out, and was rattling around it the bellhousing.

I think the flux capacitor needs a tad bit more pressure. You can do this by increasing the resistance on the jiggawat diodes

@@vxscarr no need to worry its not bad in this engine. It might have been caused by stepping the gas too hard when it was cold thorough the years and maybe because of a bad thermostat inside the airbox that makes the engine breathe hot air
