Nova Color Choice! Help me choose the color that will be going on the Nova!
Please comment below on what color you think would best go on the Nova!
This is just showing you the different colors of Blue that I thought might look good on the Nova. Some of the colors I needed to spray out myself onto speed shapes.

I had that new router problem too. Looked for this and found it after about an hour or trying things like powering down (at the breaker) and removing and reinstalling the dongle. I pressed LED seven times, AP displayed and I was able to connect. Thanks for posting the solution - much appreciated.
Nice catch on the USB Wifi reset. another pro tip is that on the 4th gen the USB goes in a different spot than shown in the manual for the USB controller. I also needed to use an ipad as the app did not work with my android phone.
Thank you so much for the wifi reset info!!!
How's it holding up after a year?
Still kicking butt a year later!
The 4th gen 12k btu diy unit is only available in 115v is it as energy efficient as the 220v units?
Still running good?
Yup still working great, no issues. I should make a follow up video now that it’s been a few years.
Mystic or LeMans. Or the one the wife likes (because she's always right 😂).
Be interesting to see Luna on Black and Seductive over Gray. Seems like you're going for a lighter color where at least on a screen I'm preferring the darks. Squirrel warning: ruclips.net/video/SnOB4UmPWkU/видео.html
I really like the Throwback LeMans. Mystic is #2. The Seductive is too dark.
Came for the wifi reset and stayed for the show. Good info thank you for taking the time to do this!
That firewall looks fantastic!
I spend time trying to teach my rusty hulks a new vocabulary also.
Look who it is!
7 clicks doesn’t work. Cutting power from breaker for 2 mins and turning back on does
Mine works great heat & A/C in a two car garage in LA.
Can not get the app to work with iPhone. Get it on WiFi, then back to app. Stuck on step 3. Weird. Not a lot of help online with MRCOOL!!
ty saved me a headache.
How long did your 175 last before it 💩 the bed?
Over 10 years, I know I ran through several 5 pound spools of wire at least a dozen 80cu bottles with it.
@@cap42 I just bought the 180.. do you suspect it will have the same longevity?
@@kevkamo6289 I would hope so, it's lasted almost 3 years with no problems thus far.
'Promosm' 🙏
still good? I am getting ready to buy one to start welding
Yes, still working with no issues or complaints
how is the heating on the mini split?
Thanks for asking, I will be releasing an update here shortly about that video as a follow up
THATS WHY I BUY LINCOLNS!!!!!!
Lookin good. Nice progress 👍
you described my truck intake! haha!
Making it happen
Nice work
Great review
Nice, that's a game changer!!
Neagan!?
Looking good
Lookin good. What heads are you going with? Beard is looking epic :)
not sure as of yet. If I find a good set of 243/799 or even 706 heads for cheap that will be the route.
Got one. Didn't work.Brand new out of the box. QC is a little lax I would think. 🖕Eastwood!
Can't argue the QC, but their customer service for me has been really good. Hopefully they can get you up and running melting some metal soon.
Great review, thank you! Was curious if you thought the gas line could be relocated/modified without too much hassle? That is a huge oversight by the Designers, wow.
I've never taken the lid off this machine to look. In the previous 175 Mig the regulator which failed pretty often was mounted just inside the back panel. On that machine you wouldn't have been able to have moved it. At some point I'll have to pull the cover and take a look. I'm more inclined to build a better shielding gas bracket on the back of the welding cart to keep the bottle from touching the gas line.
I've got one that'll fit a 70 model Chevelle now that I'm 3 with it for sale for four hundred bucks
I built one for my 70 model Super Sport Chevelle and it worked wonderful
This is pretty cool buddy, I want to learn to work with metal more.
awesome work, nice job
I’ve had my 180 for a year now. No complaints 👍🏻
as far as duty cyle. how long can you weld with it?
awesome video
Oh how I've missed your voice.
About time...
Didn't the nova originally have 15" rims? Personally the 19" and thin tire wouldn't be what I'd do. Have enjoyed watching the progress. I tried years ago to do a poor-mans restore on a '77 Fiat X-1/9 and failed miserably, so I appreciate the determination, effort, and skill it takes to actually do a restore. Great job!
Someone could correct me but I believe most Nova's were 14" and only select models like the SS or Yenko's and other custom packages gave you the option of 15's. Thanks for watching, glad your enjoying the content!
Nice work I'm definitely doing this on my car currently working on the 83 Cutlass t-top very little body work and everywhere I go they won't 10 to 15,000 for regular paint jobs I just want a decent paint job I don't want anything too crazy I'm going to teach myself do a couple test panels make sure my space is properly clean and I'm going to try to do this myself if it works great if it doesn't work I'll try it again if that doesn't work I guess I have to pay thanks for your video keep the content coming
Nice work man!
Nice, big step!
I returned a mig90 for this model few days ago since I wanted to do 3/16 but I just can't get it dailed in beads are not as clean as I hoped for I've tried everything il try another couple days if nt il return it and invest in a millermatic I'm bout done with the cheap machines
update?
Interested to see how your fan and filter setups work. We are doing similar (fit one into a garage with lotsa stuff in it already), except using 4 permanent taut cables at the top and 4 mil plastic sheeting draped over that. Bottoms secured just by wrapping 2 x 2's in the plastic at the bottom and small but powerful welding magnets (Eastwood) placed against the sides of another car on one side and flywheels hanging on the wall on the other side to hold the plastic further away from car being sprayed. But we only did primer so far and with garage door open. Paint fumes were only tolerable that way and it will soon be too cold to do that, so that is why we will be watching to see how you do with the ventilation aspects. Thanks for posting the video.
I've already sprayed the trunk and core support, the intake of air was fine but I was on the verge of needing more exhaust so if I was spraying bigger items dual exhaust would have been necessary. Temps are dropping quickly here as well, so I won't be able to keep the doors open while spraying if I don't get this done soon. I may need to fab up a vent from the exhaust to a removed panel in the main door. Intake air shouldn't be a problem as I have eaves and attic vents for fresh air.
I really like that you’ve done this video. I was thinking of doing my garage similar, but with PVC (like you mentioned) & treat it like a shower curtain where I can pull it back & put it away when not in use. Thanks for giving me an idea on the costs as well. I can’t wait to see your when it’s finished. Keep up the good work!
would love to see the firewall video
Super helpful
Just got the welding bug and I was sort of set on an everlast. Just found out about these and they're seriously peaking my interest. Thanks for the review!
