Panic at the Disco is just bad, all the albums are very mediocre, I gave it a lot of tries and I just don’t get it.

I agree with all of these except storm front. I’m biased though and nostalgia definitely plays a factor because my family loves Billy Joel and my grandfather especially used to play this entire album out on his boat!

Jeez. I love smells like children. But I’m a massive MM fan. Love the remixes and their covers of the Patti Smith song and “I put a spell on you”. Sweet Dreams is my least favourite track on there but I still like it. All the crazy interludes I love. Such a trippy album. It’s a good transitional album from portrait to Antichrist superstar. They were also heavily into experimenting with drugs at the time so that’s probably why it’s so psychedelic and trippy. Anyways. Just my opinion. Love it.

I think the original stereo mix is much better. But, the Esher demos are really nice. I'm glad those got an official release.

As a "Swiftie Dad" totally agree on TTPD. It's a grower, but I think it may be her best album to date. Dark Matter got me back into Pearl Jam after 30 years. Looking forward to checking out some of your other picks I haven't listened to yet.

Taylor Swift? Really?

I'm really waiting for the year to be done but from whats already been released this year I have three so far. 3. Hermanos Gutierrez-Sonido Còsmico 2. Charlie Bereal- 11-11-11 1. Thee Sinseers- Sinseerly Yours All very different from each other but amazing. Thee Sinseers debut LP on the list is the best chicano soul that has come out in a long time, and it touches your soul. Charlie Bereal is a soul artist, but this is like a Funky Gospel record. It's like if George Clinton went gospel, but stayed funky. And Hermanos Gutierrez record is amazing guitar work and transports you to another world. We'll see what makes my top 5 at the end of the year though

Wall of Eyes by The Smile has been my favorite so far. There’s been a bunch of great albums that have come out so far this year.

Certainly burn-out is with respect of too many vinyl albums to choose from! And too many RUclips shows that I watch which keeps me from records 🤣 I burn out while trying to juggle online purchases, usually never find all the albums I want on just 1 site, so that drives me nuts too! There is hardly anyway to keep expenses under wraps..... sigh. I waited until today July 4th for a sale, and then I went to grab Mechanical Animals and it was gone! Sucks to be me :)))
