Let her bring that orange ball with her for bath time. It gives her something to distract and occupy her hands. These stump tails don't start to enjoy the water until about 8 months old. They also learn by example from clinging to the mother while she swims. But since you can't really do that, it's going to take her a while to gain confidence in the water. It's not reaching her to swim, they are natural swimmers, it's the confidence in the water that she needs to learn to overcome. When time to start swimming for fun, shallow water where she can touch the bottom but deep enough for her to do the strokes is key. Never just put her in water she can't touch and send her away. She needs to be able to hop around and play in the water comfortably before she can enjoy swimming. That's why I recommend to have her bring a toy for bath time. She will start to associate bath time with a fun time, instead of something she dislikes. She tolerates it right now because it's part of her routine, but she still doesn't like it.

Perhaps review her caloric intake (bottles with baby formula) and other growth milestones, like: 1) weight 2) body length/height 3) head circumference 4) urine output (to asses kidney function) *u can approximate this by how many wet diapers a day and the weight of them to measure this. 5) How many bowel movements and stool type (color, thickness) like normal daily, or is it diarrhea. 6) How many sleep hours does she get? 7) How often and how long of daytime napping?
