Not to be overly nosey, are you taking hormone replacement? I am not at 51. You look great especially the arms, legs. I worry without hrt I cannot reach the goal of healthy and fit. Thank you. Women are scared enough in menopause.

Love the definition in your arms. Is that through these light weights? Can you achieve that with lighter weights. EVERY time I work out my arms and shoulders I ALWAYS get neck pain and headaches. Would love to hear back!
@@hinabarron3842 hi, you can get some definition with lighter weights but I’m a swimmer so some comes from that too. The heaviest weight I lift is 3kg. You need to ensure that your shoulders are very relaxed when you lift any weight

I usually do the 10 minute showcases around 8:35am UK time or you could take a trial on my fitness group. These classes are 30 minutes at 9am UK time x
