Best way to get into Warhammer 40k is to just dive in. I started with the Horus Heresy and just looked up things I didn't understand. After the 10th book or so I realized I understood so much. Just start going through content, especially books, and it will all start to click. Look up explanations for things you aren't understanding as you go along

Tercera was actually introduced last year during the School of Lock event. She's a main character in it. So I'm happy they have continued to use the character. Not sure she'll even be released though.

The amount of emotional damage in the tutorial...ugh. So glad you can skip scenes to avoid re-living that trauma when re-rolling for better nikkes like Redhood, Scarlet, etc. to get a decent jump start

So I’ve been wondering since I found your channel what is that little brown symbol in your avatars jacket is it flower a bird is it an Eldridge abomination or is it a simple stain that has no purpose, but to drivepeople like mi insane I need answers. I am begging you.

For being a "booba&butt" game the games lore and storyline are oddly dark and handle stuff like death, soldier PTSD, goverment control, fights between different military branches, goverment controlling the underworld , mind control of the masses, betrayal of ally, sacrificing soldiers so officials can earn PR points. There is also ton of coping with trauma. Heck there is human trafficing, kids being sold to be soldiers . One seson you take care of a sick homeless kitten. Conclusion? If you found it a few months sooner, maybe you could have saved it, but it is too late and after a few weeks (in game world time) it dies. Even the more silly stuff like summer time events have dark under tones. Here is mechas and girls running around in bikinis with big booba, and you get wacked between the eyes with the story of a doctor, turned nikke, who when she was human was doing experiments on girls to turn them in to better nikke , and has non stop nightmares because of it and sometimes Flashbacks to bad stuff, if she is treating a nikke she helped to make. In general the game is an oddly adult (no pun intended) one.

Nikke is a game that is so understated the story, the lore, the music... all this makes us forget the fan service of the game which is assumed by the studio (studio which has 70% women working there) besides that explains in large part why there are impressive details on certain characters (the veins on breats of D: Killer wife you had to think about it, I was bugging because her breasts seemed so realistic to me) and all the nikkes are different, they have even for some of the stuffed ones (elegg for example or Noir (my favorite)) I hope that the game will last a long time and that one day it will have the respect and popularity that it deserves when I see mihoyo who takes the players for idiots and the games work and are super popular unlike nikke...it's scary.

Some songs that i would recommend from this game: Camellia, Hold you tight, The redhood, Lovely lonely cat and A.C.P.U freeze (this one because it won the popularity poll) Events i would recommend: Miracle snow, Nya Nya paradise, Overzone, Red ash, School of lock, Booms day, Last kingdom, D.ark hero, New year new sword (some of these are not yet in the archives)

EX stages (and the equivalent "Challenge battles" in normal events) do fix your team at a level but aren't quite as fair in doing so as they seem; greater need for focused teambuilding aside this also serves as a check on all the ways your team is stronger that aren't straight level quantities. All of those take more time to build up. However, EX stages will usually be easily enough doable at the point they pop up. A Nikke's personality DOES end up affecting their appearance over time; due to a combination of inorganic self-healing tech and the frequent swapping of damaged body parts (it turned out in the end to be generally faster and easier to just build new parts and swap them in than wait for them to heal on their own) the greatest and least tractable issue with the body is the need for compatibility with the brain. The body needs to be adapted to the mind. This does not mean every Nikke is happy with their appearance, but if they aren't it usually reflects some deeper issues.

Oh believe me, Syuen getting half her ribs shattered is getting off easy. She gets WORSE.

i'm surprised by just how unlucky you have been with your pulls. i would recommend doing the events when you have time, each event has a store and you can always buy 10 regular and 10 limited pulls with the event currency (collabs and longer event usually have daily logins too, which also give you free pulls)

Out of all the streamers I've watched play though this game, I don't think I've ever seen a chat so eager to spoil so much of the story. I'm not joking. It's really really bad. Just saying.

Omg... Don't let people sabotage your VOD views/watch-time, by playing with Japanese dub. They are some of the most pretentious people when it comes to anything even slightly related to anime. It's rediculous too because all the dubs in this game are well done. All of the languages that are currently in the game dialog options.. The English VAs are all amazing. They are most likely the reason for me becoming as invested in the game as I am. It's so annoying seeing people flap their lips in the chat of different streamers. They're the minority of chatters, but they are loud. Most of these goons have never even given the English dub a chance, either. And yet, they can't help but *Be That Guy.* And it's easy for people to allow themselves to be convinced by the yapping. The days of poorly dubbed anime have left a bad taste. That old flavor still lingers in the collective memory to this day.

16:20 if you played the story that "Over...here..." Coulda sworn I was over it but NOPE. That first campaign gives you a PTSD you don't fully get over. As for if there are NIKKE based on stories, there's Red(Riding)Hood, Dorothy (wizard of oz), Rapunzel, Snow White, Novel (Sherlock Holmes), Crown (A goofy version of Fate/Stay Night's King Arthur.)

Oh no, its Japanese.... Ahhhh I feel when streamers play in JP they don't pay attention to the story and click through everything too fast. Its also harder to follow as a viewer since now I have to read too. Well seems your enjoying the game. Hope you stick with it. It's actually good.

Usually games that advertise their fan service and giggle physics tend to be shallow. Not NIkke, there's as much story here as a AAA rpg title. Proves you can have both an engaging and deep story and jiggly butts.
