I got bit twice by a male while I was sleeping on the vein on top of my foot. I waited cause I’ve been bit by other spiders and it got better, but it got worse. Went to urgent care, tested the venom said I had a clot in my foot and had slight blood poisoning 😬😬💀💀

I was into pinning bugs and other things and read that to preserve spiders for pinning you should gut and stuff their abdomens. That is why I never had one in my collection.
I'm so sorry for your loss.. I know what it's like to lose someone close to you suddenly. I'll watch the video multiple times to try and support.

Florida black widows aren't even that deadly. They just make you sick. I've been bitten by two females in my life and never had to go to the hospital. Our scariest spider in Florida is actually the brown recluse. It has a flesh eating venom.
